We found out some news today. We made an offer for another 10 acre plot last week before leaving for Florida vacation. Today the agent called and stated that the seller is seriously considering our offer. There are some contingencies at this time, and we are scheduled to meet with the agents together on Sunday of this coming weekend. We have consented to this meeting and look forward to seeing if we can reach a common ground on that property.
Please stay tuned and we will update the news as soon as we have some information.
