Samsung SmartThings hub: How I plan on making my house a bit smarter

A while back I got a gift card for Amazon for $100.  So I picked up a Samsung Gen2 SmartThings hub for my house.  Anyone can look up the site here and take a look at what it does and what accessories are available for the device.  There are so many, it is quite crazy.

I installed it and I installed the App on my phone.  It linked to the device and appears to be working fine.  So I ordered some bulbs for the house.  I will get those installed and report back what I find.
