Since we are heading towards closing, AGAIN, I am getting psyched up about my options for energy. I have been reading before and now again, about a program called PACE. Property Assessed Clean Energy. I will not go into details about how the program works, but rather refer to an article that explains it quite eloquently.

I finally read this article. PACE sounds really cool and I hope you guys are able to use it or something similar. Very exciting stuff!
