News - We received the appraisal

Yesterday I received word from the lendor that they had gotten an appraisal.  This was a very good sign since it came back higher than the cost that we are paying for the property.  In the appraisal, it shows 3 photos.  Front, back and road view.  I have included those shot here.  We are that much closer.  I expect that we should close on or before Oct. 15, 2010.  That would put us in a very good position to break ground and start construction before the end of the month.
